Describe a rescue you have
been involved in
A November night in
2004, lifeboat launched to a stricken Jersey based Trawler in a force
9/10 gale (very very rough & windy). We stood by the vessel for 8
hours until a tug boat arrived to tow the trawler back to Milford Haven.
It was a 12 hour shout in all described by the coxswain as the worst shout
the “Lady Rank” (Angle Lifeboat) had seen!!
