Angle Lifeboat launched at 2210 to reports of a vessel on fire at the entrance to Neyland Marina. Fortunately there was no one on board when the lifeboat arrived on scene, and the fire had been extinguished. Fire, Police, and Coastguard officers also attended, and when the safety of all involved was deemed safe, the lifeboat returned to station, arriving back at 22:14.

Angle Lifeboat launched at 1909 in response to a Mayday from a 12m yacht with 2 persons on board reporting her position as at the entrance to the Milford Haven waterway, "suffering a battering, and being driven onto rocks".  Searchlights and multiple lookouts were posted as the Lifeboat approached the entrance, but nothing was located.  Clear of the entrance a weak VHF signal was detected and the Lifeboat was able to get a bearing using VHF DF, The DF bearing was followed, and the casualty located in the tidal race at the SW of Skokholm Island some 5 miles away, and in danger of being swept onto rocks.  A tow was passed, and the vessel taken to Milford Haven. The lifeboat returned to station at 2350.
